Since items are printed on demand, refunds will not be honored due to size issues or second thoughts. Please review size charts before ordering.
If it is an issue on our end where we sent out the wrong product, wrong size (ex. you ordered a Medium and we sent a Small), or bad graphic, we can offer a refund or replacement if the issue is deemed our fault.
To report such order errors, email us within 14 days after the shipped date with the following information for quality control purposes:
- Picture of the error
- Copy of your receipt
- State whether you want a refund or replacement
